Three principles that shape every decision.

Tenant-first, or it doesn’t ship
Every query, every queue, every API call is scoped to your tenant. Row-level security on every table. You never see another operator’s data — and they never see yours. That isn’t a feature, it’s the default.

No compensation loops
When something breaks, we fix the root cause. We don’t add a second system to patch over a first one. Retries belong in the queue; reliability belongs in the primitives.

Operator respect
We ship things operators actually use. No vanity metrics, no AI chat, no endless settings surfaces. The queue is the product. Everything else is there to keep the queue honest and your decisions fast.
