What we read from Amazon,
and what we never touch.
Connecting Seller Central is optional. When you do, Adept reads a narrow slice of catalog and account data on your behalf — never any buyer PII, never any settlement information. Everything below is read-only and scoped to your tenant.
Every row carries a tenant ID and is wrapped in Postgres row-level security. Your storefronts, scores, and decisions are not readable by any other Adept tenant.
SP-API refresh tokens are encrypted before they touch the database. All network traffic runs over TLS. Tokens rotate safely without dropping in-flight work.
Data is retained while your Adept account is active. On account close or on request, Amazon-derived data is removed within Amazon’s Data Protection Policy window.
A single request from your settings purges every Amazon-derived row associated with your tenant — across 19+ tables. You receive a confirmation when the deletion completes.
Read-only catalog data on listings already public on Amazon — title, image, BSR, category, dimensions, brand.
Per-ASIN FBA fee estimates so the Source Check returns live ROI and max-buy — not a stale fee template.
